Pacific West is developing over 2,000 acres located along Interstate 10, just west of Phoenix. They will be home to over 7,000 residential lots and 150 acres of commercial real estate. Pacific West has obtained a general plan amendment allowing for community zoning and is in the process of completing a community master plan, development agreement, and preliminary plat map approvals.
