Dennis brings over 20 years of experience as a shopping center developer and operator, including directing corporate real estate activities throughout the Western Pacific states for Shell Oil Products US and Value Place Hotels.
Prior to joining PWL, Dennis was the Chief Operating Officer of Fischer Properties. He also served as Managing Partner of CJJ Associates developing and operating retail and office properties throughout Puget Sound.
Dennis is a graduate of the University of Washington and currently resides with his family on Bainbridge Island.
