On land purchased in 1994, this 73,554-square-foot specialty retail center was developed by Pacific West at the key intersection of Frank Lloyd Wright Boulevard and Thompson Peak Parkway. Pacific West secured AJ's Fine Foods and Walgreen's as co-anchors of this center. If sold on completion in December 2002, the investment would have produced an annual IRR of 30%. The center currently generates over $900,000 per year in positive cash flow.
