Dennis was born and raised in Fair Lawn, New Jersey and moved to south Florida in 1979 with his family.

After completing his Associates Degree, he moved to Hawaii to manage a plastics manufacturing facility.

In 1991, Dennis returned to south Florida to complete his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. While completing work on his degree, he took a Staff Accountant position with International Beach Hotel Development where he later became CFO. In 2004, Dennis developed a niche financing program and partnered with GTE Federal Credit Union to create First Funding, LLC.

Dennis moved to the Seattle area in 2010 and joined the team at Pacific West Land. Dennis has 3 children and holds a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
