These 40 acres are being developed by Pacific West into 73 residential lots and a 14-acre neighborhood shopping center. Purchased in 1999 for $1.8 million, the 73 residential lots were sold in 2003 for $2.2 million and the commercial parcel will be developed in a 100,000 square feet neighborhood shopping center anchored by Basha’s Foods. The IRR on Vista Del Oro is now tracking to exceed 30%.
